Instructions

Add instant coffee powder and sugar in a cup.Ā

Add 2 tbsp water and beat the coffee and sugar vigorously until it is light and fluffy.Ā

Add a few more drops of water required while beating the coffee.Ā

Fill a glass with ice cubes.Ā

Pour milk on top.Ā

Top the glass with whipped coffee.Ā

Mix well and serve chilled.Ā

Use only Instant Coffee Powder to make beaten coffee.Ā

Do not use an immersion blender to beat the coffee. The heat will make it bitter.Ā

Use the blender that you use to make cakes.Ā

If making small amount, you can use a milkĀ frotherĀ to beat the coffee.Ā

You can store the beaten coffee in refrigerator for up to 7 days. But do not freeze.Ā
