Online customers

FREE shipping over $60*

  • *For orders over $60, shipping is free. Orders under $60 will incur a flat shipping rate of $10. 
  • To ensure optimum freshness, our team work hard despatching online orders by the next business day.
  • Online orders will continue to be despatched by our hard working team, however please allow up to an additional 3-5 days for processing during the holiday periods.

Standard shipping dates Parcel Post1

Same State

  • All Victorian orders are sent via a third party, including, Mail Plus, Australia Post & TNT Australia with tracking available. 
  • Same State: 2-4 business days.

Interstate

  • All interstate orders are sent via Mail Plus, Australia Post & TNT Australia & TFM express with tracking included.
  • Interstate: 3-6 business days

  • To give Your Christmas Coffee Fix best chance of arriving on time, order as early as possible and so we can pack and post by the cut-off dates.

1 Australia Post: While Aus post endeavours to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in our delivery network at the relevant time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting. Please refer to www.auspost.com.au for specific routes.



Click and Collect

Local pickup, please bring your confirmation email (on your phone is OK) and valid ID when you come to collect your order.
Bean store located 10-11 Rosemary Court, Mulgrave, VIC 3170
Orders will be left in our covid safe collection area.
Pickup Mon-Fri 9:00am to 4:30pm

Local Pickup is not available during Public Holidays and Christmas & New Year closure of Bean store.

International shipping
At this time, we are not in a position to fulfil international orders.  

Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, it is in the care of a third-party delivery provider, including but not limited to Australia Post, StarTrack, and MailPlus.

We take all reasonable care to ensure your order is packaged and dispatched correctly; however, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider.

Where you provide authority for the delivery to be left unattended at the delivery address (including “safe drop” or “authority to leave” instructions), you acknowledge and agree that the parcel may be delivered without a signature and left at the premises in accordance with those instructions.

By selecting this option, you expressly authorise the carrier, including but not limited to Australia Post, StarTrack and MailPlus, to leave the parcel at the delivery address without obtaining proof of receipt.

Any issues relating to delivery, including lost or stolen parcels, should be raised directly with the relevant carrier. We will, where possible, assist by providing tracking details and proof of dispatch.

Returns
Please note, due to the perishable nature of coffee unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
If you have already purchased additional items you no longer want, please consider donating them to community organisations like our long-standing partner, Foodbank, which will ensure they are directed to people in need. To find location nearby for your food donations we suggest visiting Foodbank.
