COFFEE BEAN BISCUITS ☕️🍫

Ingredients:
- 75g softened butter
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 tbs corn Flour
- 2 tbs Kali Dark 60% Drinking Chocolate
- 1/2 tablespoon Griffiths Bros. Instant Coffee
- 1 tbs Hot water
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 170 °C
- In a large bowl cream softened butter and icing sugar
- Mix in egg yolk until combined
- Dissolve instant coffee with the hot water and add to mixture
- Combine dry ingredients and sift into batter gradually
- Gently stir until mixture forms soft dough
- Scoop out a generous tsp of dough and shape into an oval
- Arrange onto tray lined with baking paper
- Press a middle line on each dough using the back of a knife
- Refrigerate for 30 mins
- Bake for 12-14 minutes
- Place biscuits on cooling rack and serve with your favourite Griffiths Bros. Coffee
