    Honduras Coffee Cherry Tea
    Earthy and sweet fruit tea. A beautifying elixir, it can be enjoyed daily as a tonic with positive pro-digestive and skin health boosting properties.
    Made with 100% organic dried coffee cherry peel.

  • How to Brew:

    Espresso Tonic

    1. Fill a High Ball Glass (350mL) with ice.
    2. Add 15ml maple syrup, 30mL fresh orange juice (pulp free), one nip of spiced rum and tonic water over and stir.
    3. Slowly pour in one pre-chilled espresso shot to create a fizzy crema.
    4. Garnish with the orange zest.

    Cascara Tea Infusion
    Scoop 20 grams per 200ml of water, steep for 5-8 minutes.

    Cascara Spritz

    1. Pour 90ml Pre-Chilled Cascara Tea, 60ml Prosecco, 30ml Purple Butterfly Pea Gin OR Red Campari in a mixing glass with ice and stir.
    2. If you chose Gin top garnish with Rosemary. If your prefer Campari add a thin slice of orange or two in the bottom of a balloon glass and top with ice.
    3. Double strain liquid ingredients and pour into your balloon glass.
