Q Does Cascara tea contain caffeine?
A Yes however at a much lower levels of caffeine, about a quarter of the amount found in roasted coffee beans. -

A golden red honey coloured liquor brimming with delicate notes of dried apricot, lemon, and chamomile, with an overall sweet mellow finish.
INFUSION
Scoop 20 grams per 200ml of water, steep for 5-8 minutes.SPRITZ RECIPE
The Cascara Spritz recipe is below and it would make a wonderful welcome drink.INGREDIENTS:
90ml Pre-Chilled Cascara Tea
60ml Prosecco 30ml Purple Butterfly Pea Gin OR Campari
1 OrangeMETHOD:
Place all items in a mixing glass with ice and stir.
Fill a balloon glass with ice.
Double strain and pour into your balloon glass.
Place a thin slice of orange or two underneath your ice so it is positioned tight up to your glass and visible to see.
