An elegant and effective way to produce quality cold steeped coffee, cascara or tea at home the Kinto Capsule Cold Brew Carafe is also simple to use.
The lid opens automatically when tipped and closes when set upright. The optimal size and specification of various parts have been carefully studied, so you can pour easily from any direction. The cold brew carafe comes with a mesh filter that lets you easily make delicious cold brew coffee and tea.
Step 1 – Add our Cascara Coffee Cherry Tea, Papua New Guinea Light or our seasonal single ground coffee into the brewing basket of your selected cold brewer.
Step 2 – If infusing tea add hot water. To brew chilled coffee fill vessel with cold filtered water and gently immerse the brewing basket ensuring the coffee is completely submerged. Gently swirl to ensure coffee grounds are saturated.
Step 3 – Refrigerate and allow coffee to brew for 3 to 12 hours. A longer brew time will yield a stronger more concentrated flavour.
Step 4 – Pour over ice and add milk or water to taste.
