  • Single Origin: Africa

    Harvested by hand from smallholder farms with over 375,000 trees, these coffee cherries grow in the red volcanic soils of Kenya's central highlands.

  • Roast: Light-Medium

    Beans are washed and sun-dried at the Ndimi Factory. This small batch is roasted on our petrocini roaster to reach optimal light-medium roast.

  • Filter Notes:

    Enjoy a complex cup with notes that are Biscuity, Lemon, Malt Chocolate, Roasted Hazelnut, Sweet & Sugary

    Pour Over (V60) recipe:
    Dose: 15g
    Bloom: 30secs
    Total water: 250g
