  • Origin: Vietnam

    A Phin filter is a great addition to your home coffee kit. 

    Traditional, authentic and aluminium, use this coffee filter to brew our OASIS Vietnamese style coffee.

  • How to Brew:

    In just a few minutes you can easily make a delicious Vietnamese coffee.

    You'll need: Phin Filter, boiling water, cup, spoon.
    Makes one cup


    1. Place phin filter plate & brew chamber on top of glass.
    2. Add 2 tablespoons of OASIS Vietnamese coffee.
    3. Shake to even out coffee and drop gravity press on top of coffee.
    4. Pour 30mL of boiled water (about 1/2 inch of water above the press); all coffee to bloom for 45 seconds.
    5. Pour another 120mL to top of filter and place lid on.
    6. Allow coffee to drip up to 5 minutes

    For a sweet treat, stir in 2 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk and enjoy hot or serve over ice.
