    Fazenda Sao Joao is situated in the Sul De Minas region 1,100 meters above sea level near the town of Santo Antonio do Amparo, about 170 kilometres southeast of Belo Horizonte in the province of Minas Gerais. Arabica variatels: Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Catucaí, Acaya

  • Roast: Medium

    Roasted as a small batch on our petrocini roaster. Ideal for brew methods such as filter, batch brew, plunger, pour over, coffee press and cold brew.

  • Cup Notes: Lively & Well Rounded

    Milk chocolate, hazelnut, and toffee notes throughout. A medium body and well-rounded acidity carry through to a creamy walnut finish.
