Conditions of Entry

  • Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.  
  • The Promoter is Oasis Griffiths Pty Ltd ABN 34 006 509 440 located at 10-11 Rosemary Court, Mulgrave, VIC 3170 (Promoter).  
  • This competition is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand over the age of 18 years. Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter, and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.  
  • The competition commences at 09.00AM (AEST) on Monday 20th of June 2022 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Monday 27th June 2022 (Promotional Period).

How to Enter 

  • To enter the draw to win an Oasis Coffee baking prize pack simply find our “OASIS Coffee and Bake Comp” WIN post on our Instagram account @oasiscoffee or our Facebook @oasiscoffee.au page posted 20th June 2022 and like it.

  • Like post, tag a friend who enjoys Greek coffee and your bakes.

  • Follow @Oasiscoffee and our friends @greekfoodphotography and @Thekindharvest Instagram and or Facebook accounts

  • Multiple entries are permitted, increasing an entrant’s chance to win. 

  • Share on your stories or feed for a bonus entry tagging @Oasiscoffee @thekindharvest and @greekfoodphotography

  • No purchase is necessary, however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or social media is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.  

Winning Determination  

  • The winning entrant for the prize will be drawn at random on Tuesday 12.00pm (AEST) on Monday 28thJune 2022 at the offices of Oasis located at 10-11 Rosemary Court, Mulgrave, Vic 3170. If the draw cannot be conducted at the aforementioned address, the draw will be conducted remotely at a location determined by an Oasis representative.

  • Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Promoter may draw additional reserve entries.

  • The winners will be notified and receive a tag on Facebook and Instagram original WIN post’s caption and be contacted  via DM via Instagram @oasiscoffee or Facebook Oasis Greek and Turkish Style Coffee @oasiscoffee.au respectively. 

  • If the prize is not claimed by 5PM (AEST) Thursday the 30th June 2022, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws starting the following day, Friday 1st June 12pm (AEST) 2022.

  • In this event, no compensation will be given by Oasis and the prize will be forfeited. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

        • All prices shown are in AU.

        • Each valid entry drawn will win 2 x OASIS Greek Coffee kits valued at RRP $10.00ea + 1 copper Briki RRP $20.00 + 1 x HELLENIC KANELLA: Simply More Greek RRP $45.00 + The Kind Harvest Co. 1 x 1Kg plain RRP $2.50 and 1 x 1Kg self raising flours RRP $2.50 1kg

        • If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

        • Total prize pool value is $900.00
