With the roasters humming and plenty of ice on hand, Chris and Max set out to craft drinks that are refreshing, flavour-forward and easy to recreate - whether you’re running a busy cafe or mixing something special at home.

🍸☕💚 PISTACHIO ESPRESSO MARTINI
Vessel: Martini Glass
Method:
•Garnish glass with Pistachio Crema and Pistachios
•Add Ice into shaker
•Add vodka into shaker
•Pour in coffee liqueur from metal jigger
•Pour in Coffee on Tap Liquid Espresso
•Add a generous amount of pistachio crème to a cocktail shaker with ice.
•Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled glass, garnished with pistachio crème and crushed pistachios
•Pour through and garnish with 3 coffee beans

🥥☕💚 ICED COCONUT WATER AND PISTACHIO AMERICANO
Vessel: Tumbler Glass / Takeaway Cold Cup
Method:
•Use mini electric whisk to swirl Pistachio Crema around the inside of the glass
•Add Ice
•Pour 1 x 180mL chilled coconut water
•Pour1 x 30mL shot of Coffee on Tap
Perfectly balanced and clean - the ideal hot day chilled brew.
☕️💚🍵 CHILLED DIRTY PISTACHIO MATCHA
Vessel: Wide Mouth Glass / Takeaway Cold Cup
Method:
•Add 30g of Chef Joey D Pistachio Matcha Cream to the base of the glass
•Pour 1 x 150mL Milk Lab Oat Milk and stir
•Add ice
•Pour 1 x 30mL shot of Coffee on Tap slowly over ice to create a defined layer
•Pour 1 x serve of matcha over the back of a spoon to form the top layer
