Considered eco-friendly and achieved by blending the coffee cherries of four different farms the Ruby Blend is

• A provider of jobs for over 100 people
• Grown under diversified shade trees
• Cultivated by digging “fosas”, which are holes that capture water and organic matter into the acquifers.
• Nourished with ‘Green’ approved fertilisers
• Planted in conjunction with soil erosion prevention programs
• Sheltered by a wild Cypress forest
• Regenerative as the farm is re-planted using high quality varieties of coffee
