Step 1 – Add 50 grams of our Papua New Guinea -Light ground coffee into the brewing basket of your selected cold brewer. Step 2 – Fill vessel with 750ml of cold filtered water and gently immerse the brewing basket ensuring the coffee is completely submerged. Gently shake to ensure coffee grounds are saturated.Step 3 – Refrigerate and allow coffee to brew for 3 to 12 hours. A longer brew time will yield a stronger more concentrated flavour.Step 4 – Pour over ice and add milk or water to taste for up to 5 serves of delicious cold brew!
